Erik Turner, PE, CEA
Mechanical Engineer
Erik Turner has been involved in the design and optimization of HVAC systems since 2009. After providing mechanical design services for medical, commercial, and hospitality clients for the first seven years of his career, Erik transitioned to working as an owner at higher education campuses for the next four years. Erik worked closely with utility partners to fund and execute energy conservation projects which leveraged $250,000 over two years in utility rebate funding. Erik has also worked closely with operational units to perform retro-commissioning of mechanical systems throughout the campuses he has worked at. Erik joined Ecotope in 2020 in order to help clients pursue their aggressive sustainability and decarbonization goals. Erik’s work is focused on HVAC design and optimization for new and existing commercial and residential projects.
