Ecotope staffers Nick Kvaltine & Gia Mugford spearheaded a new gardening effort at our neighborhood P-Patch. Clearing weeds, selecting seeds and growing starts in the greenhouse these two turned a dismal plot into a vibrant garden of vegetables, herbs and flowers. Near the end of the harvest the office got to enjoy late afternoon Caprese salad breaks with our own tomatoes and basil. They are now wondering what to do with the bumper crop of Turban squash, unplanned garden volunteers.
