Have we mentioned how much we like pie and numbers? In honor of this year’s Super Pi day we celebrated the once in a lifetime event with a prefunction on March 13: 3.1315. Not the same but still delicious. We started our pi feast at 9:26am with round wonders provided by Morgan, Charlotte, Nick, Carmen & Filo. Each was delicious and unique including offerings of hand held pies, meringues and savory pies. Our next competetive Ecopie will be near double pi day June 28: 6.28 (which unfortunately falls on a Sunday) and will feature cherry pies.
