Tim O’Neill is as a Senior Research Engineer within Ecotope’s Technology Transformation Team. His multifaceted expertise in engineering, commissioning, and leadership greatly benefits the team, enabling him to grasp innovative systems and provide invaluable feedback that propels design advancements. With a robust background spanning over 25 years in the building sciences, Tim plays a pivotal role in various endeavors, including spearheading Department of Energy Funding grants aimed at measuring and verifying heat pump water heater systems.

Additionally, he contributes to an array of feasibility studies and commissioning projects. Tim’s wealth of experience extends to successfully building and leading teams, underscored by his exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. He consistently meets customer needs with dedication, manages projects with integrity and respect, and maintains a sharp focus on cultivating high-performance teams that deliver top-notch results.
